First time getting a storage and was more nervous than needed. I did the online request, and the process was very easy. Went to the location to see and checked on the unit I got, and the manager Gary was very friendly and helpful. Gave me a very accurate information about the location of the unit and best entrance point to access my unit. So far my overall experience has been great. Thank you!

Great facility, clean grounds, inside is clean and clearly maintained. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had issues with my access code not working. The directions on the key pad were hard to read (faded) so I thought I was entering it wrong and I had to call customer service to assist. Fortunately they were able to grant me access but it took a bit before the facility called me to correct it. Still having a great experience so far- definitely would recommend to friends or family

In FEB 2021 the rent was $73/month for the unit. SEP 2021 they increased it to $143/month. When I inquired about the rent almost doubling, I was told it was the going rate and they offer low rates just to get people to rent storage space from them.
